The Scalar DG-2 is a Digital Video Microscope featuring portability, preview screen, and easy link to a PC.

Simply Touch and View: The DG-2 displays sharp microscope images by simply pressing the microscope against the subject.

Our most popular and versatile lens, the 1-10X is a variable focus lens that can be used as a web, still or video camera lens in 1X, or manually adjusted to 10X for light magnification of text, cataloging insects, gems or ballistic investigations. This is the only Scalar lens that does not have it's own white LED illumination requiring the user to provide peripheral lighting or adjust for ambient light.

30x lens:Low magnification lens with the additional feature of polarization which reduces glare on any shiny, reflective, or moist surface such as skin, metal, crystal samples, etc. On skin, polarization allows imaging of sub-surface layers for a more thorough view of skin condition.

50X lens:This lens is supplied with every ProScope. It is extremely versatile and perfect for a wide variety of applications.

100X Lens:Perfect for fingerprints, agricultural inspection, general biological studies. With this lens you can actually watch perspiration ooze from the pores on your fingerprints.

200X Lens:T he 200X allows the user to view microorganisms, small insects and printing details with ultra sharp clarity.

400x Lens:The newest, most powerful lens for closeup detail of samples from prepared slides and micro-organisms to details of hair follicles and any other surface examination.

Microscope Adaptor Lens:This lens allows video output from any traditional compound microscope with standard 22-23 mm ocular size.

C-Mount Adapter:Use your own optics with our industry standard 16mm c-mount adapter. Attach your scalar imaging device to an existing microscope, telescope or camera lenses to capture digital images and expand your digital imaging tools.
